Prices include tax. The exact amount you pay is shown at checkout, before you confirm. In the Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac apps you buy through Google Play or the App Store, which set their own prices — the store shows the price before you confirm.
On the website a card is needed to start the trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and nothing is charged if you cancel before then.
