Ask within 14 days of any charge and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to every charge — the first one after your trial and every renewal, monthly or yearly.
To ask, write to [email protected] from the address your account uses, and say which charge you mean.
Cancelling without a refund stops your subscription from renewing. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free tier.
A refund returns the money for that period, so premium ends as soon as the refund is made, and the subscription does not renew afterwards.
Either way, nothing you have tracked is lost. Your time, activities and history stay in your account on the free tier.
If you bought premium inside the Android app, Google Play is the seller and refunds it under its own policy — ask at Google Play's refund page.
If you bought it inside the iPhone, iPad or Mac app, Apple is the seller and decides the refund — ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves. If something has gone wrong with one, write to us anyway and we will help you sort it out.
Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you. Our Terms of Service set out the rest of how paid parts of the Service work.
